This onboarding process will help you get set up with your new PeakConnector CRM and learn how to use it. It is divided into three parts:


Part 1. Lead Gen Email Setup Call: Schedule a call to set up your email campaigns. Our expert team will walk you through, step-by-step, getting 2 new email accounts set up so you can quickly turn on your lead generation campaign(s) and start emailing your brand new leads.


Part 2. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your PeakConnector CRM.


Part 3. Onboarding calls: This is where you will schedule 2 more calls. One tech call to go through the technical set up of your PeakConnector CRM and then a training call to get you started with the most important features of your CRM. These calls will help you get set up with the CRM and learn how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
